CK MRP Open VRAP V2008-002. A review of the Post-Excavation Sampling Report dated December 13, 2012 indicates that the soil and groundwater concentrations at the Site are below the Tier 1 risk based screening levels (RBSLs). Accordingly, the UST Branch finds that no further activities associated with the LUST Case #2006022 is necessary at the Site on behalf of Sunoco until development activities are completed at the Site per VRAP corrective action plan (CAP) dated February 2008. A directive letter was sent on December 31, 2012 to the RP and VRAP RP. During development activities, impacted soil was excavated and disposed off-site. Groundwater was pumped out and discharged accordingly. Post excavation soil and discharged groundwater samples analytical data are below the Tier 1 RBSLs. Therefore, no risk to the potential receptors. VRAP post excavation closure activities report contain detail information about the soil and groundwater data. Based on this report, both VRAP #2008-001 and LUST #2006022 were closed.
