RBCA submitted July 26, 2010; Approved and closed August 10, 2010 Natalie 2/26/2020: VRAP Application conditionally approved 8/29/2018 by BB and DT (in FP's absence). BB confirmed that this approval was provided in order for the new owner to close on the property with the knowledge that residual contamination left in place (assuming closed with commercial use standard). Next step issue CSA Directive with language indicating conditional acceptance to VRAP program. All required VRAP documents including FR, HASP, QAPP and approved VCAP before implementation of remediation plan may commence. 6/18/2020 - Nazmul will open the case. VRAP application may need to be resubmitted. Confer with Fianna if new fee will apply.
